All items are sent through Golf Clearance Outlet Express Shipping. We offer complete track and trace on all orders. Free shipping is offered to over 95% of addresses in Australia however some addresses are not available on this service. If you have one of these postcodes you will be notified in checkout and you can contact us immediately on [email protected] for a quote.
You can expect your order to arrive 1-3 business days after the order was placed if you are within the metropolitan region.
A reminder that all customers should ensure accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred. Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.
In the event that no one is home to receive the delivery, a card will be left at your door and the parcel will be left at your local post office or Star Track Depot for collection.
