You can expect your order to arrive 1-3 business days after the order was placed if you are within the metropolitan region.
A reminder that all customers should ensure accurate address is listed as well as a correct contact number. In the event that an incorrect postal address is given and the package is returned to us, an additional charge of the original postage/freight cost will be incurred. Delivery times are between the business hours of 8am-5pm.
In the event that no one is home to receive the delivery, a card will be left at your door and the parcel will be left at your local post office or Star Track Depot for collection. If you are concerned about not being available at your home address, then a good alternative is to use your business address.
