Hi I used the Bianco Broomstick Putter (which i purchased from you guys last week) yesterday and won the B grade Monthly Medal with a net 71 and also the scratch event. I beat all the A graders bar two off the stick at my home club Magenta in NSW. I had no 3 putts and I will be 74 this year. The putter was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. I ordered a TaylorMade 3 wood on Monday: which was a public holiday. I received my order today (Wednesday). Fantastic service as usual & I will and try out the club tomorrow. I would just like to compliment Lachlan on his customer service. Recently I placed an internet order for a 4 wheel golf cart. He contacted me on the next business day to inform me of an error in the posting and that there would be a delay in supply. He offered me another possible product currently in stock however I did decline as it is the different buggy and I was specifically after the Flip n Go Buggy. The upshot of our contact is that I am more than happy to wait for the item and I will definitely be a return customer. Please pass on my thanks for Lachlans' efforts as this level of customer service is unfortunately rare these days.
